Refund & Returns Policy

We want every family, classroom, and Sunday school that brings One Flock Books into their home to be completely satisfied. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Digital Products — PDFs & Downloadable Files
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital downloads (including the Faith Starter Kit, individual activity PDFs, and digital ebooks) are generally final.
However, we understand that technical problems happen. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly provide a replacement download or full refund:
- Your file failed to download or arrived corrupted
- You were charged but did not receive your download link
- The file you received does not match the product description on our website
To request assistance, email us at hello@oneflockbooks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Free Downloads
Free resources (such as the free ebook offered in exchange for your email subscription) are provided at no charge and are not eligible for refunds, as no payment was made.
3. Subscription / Email List
Subscribing to our email list is always free. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
